One day, three questions

Where is it, who moved it, what’s late?

08:05Owner
“Which style is at which workshop right now?”

Three people, three versions of the list: the office spreadsheet, the foreman’s notebook, the WhatsApp group. Who updated what, and when? Nobody knows.

11:30Office
“Has it gone into sewing? Let me ask.”

Someone rings the workshop, the foreman says “tomorrow”, the answer goes into the group chat and is lost by the evening. One question, three people, half an hour.

17:20Office
“LN-324 was due yesterday. Nobody noticed.”

The due date is in the spreadsheet, but the spreadsheet doesn’t tell anyone. You find out about delays when the customer asks.

All three answers live in the same list: order, workshop, stage, due date. And behind every row: who did what, and when.

How it works

Three people, one list. Everyone does their own job; the list builds itself.

Open an account, pick your industry template, enter your orders. After that it’s two taps a day; no more typing into spreadsheets and group chats.

Office

Enters the order

Style, product, quantity, due date, workshop. The size chart and tech pack sit on the order. Thirty seconds.

Moves the stage on

One tap on the phone; they see only their own orders. They add notes and photos and log quality findings on the order. The office can move it on too, if it prefers.

Who, when, what

Every row has a history behind it. No more arguments.

Stage changes, notes, files, quality reports: all logged under the order with a name and a time. A record instead of “I told you so”.

Due date tracking

Late orders and those due within 30 days on the dashboard, most urgent first. Email when a due date passes and 7 days before.

Workshop and line load

How many pieces each workshop has, who is busy and who is free. Contract workshops, your own lines or a single site: the terms adapt.

Stages your way

Add stages, rename and recolour them, drag to reorder. Industry templates ready to go: garments, footwear, furniture, metal.

Files, quality, Excel

Size chart, tech pack and quality photos sit on the order. Download any filtered list as CSV in one click, ready for your accountant or customer.

Optional: customer link

You decide how much your customer sees.

By default: nothing. If you like, open a single link for a customer; they see only the stages you choose and the due date. Prices, workshop names and internal notes are never shown. Close the link whenever you want.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Will the workshop foremen actually use it?

One tap on the phone: the foreman sees only their own orders, moves the stage on and adds notes and photos. If a workshop prefers to phone in updates, the office moves the stage on; it is still one list.

Is switching from Excel hard?

Creating an account takes 2 minutes, and the industry template comes with the stages ready. Upload your existing Excel list as it is: the columns are recognised automatically and each order starts at the stage it is in. No list yet? Start with our free Excel template. You can take everything back out as Excel at any time.

How long does it take to start, and what does it cost?

The Starter plan is free; try the Workshop plan and Finance free for 15 days, no card required. After that, Workshop is €29 and Factory €89 a month; external workshop foremen are free on every plan. See pricing. If you’d like to set up the stages together, fill in the form and we’ll get back to you within 1 working day.

Is the customer link mandatory?

No, it is off by default. If you turn it on, the customer sees only the stages you choose and the due date; prices, workshop names and internal notes are never shown. You can close it whenever you like.

Who can see our data?

Only your users; each company sees only its own data. Data is stored in the EU (Frankfurt). If you close your account, your data is deleted; you can download it as CSV first.

Does it connect to WhatsApp?

Not yet; due date and delay notifications arrive by email. The group chat stays, but there are fewer “which stage is it at?” messages because the answers are in the list.
