The apparel template comes ready to use: Order, At workshop, Fabric, Sewing, Quality check, Packing, Shipped. Add stages such as cutting, washing, printing or embroidery, and change their order. There are also separate templates for footwear, furniture and metal.

No. If they do, their staff don’t count toward your user limit, and you can invite as many as you need. They join from the phone’s browser through an invitation link, with no app to install. If they don’t, you move the stage on from the office; it is still one list.
