Terms of Use

This is a translation; in case of any discrepancy the Turkish version prevails.
You use Üretimo to track your business’s production. The data you enter is yours. The Starter plan is free; the Workshop and Factory plans and add-ons are paid, and current prices are on the Pricing page. We expect you not to misuse the service or try to access other people’s data.
1. Parties and acceptance
These terms are between Üretimo (“we”) and the businesses and users (“you”) who use the service at uretimo.com and its subdomains. By opening an account or using the service, you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy. A person opening an account on behalf of a company declares that they are authorised to do so.
2. The service
Üretimo is a web application for tracking orders, production stages, workshops, customers, reminders and basic accounting information. We continue to develop its features and reserve the right to add, change or remove them. We announce significant changes in advance.
3. Account and users
- You are responsible for the security of your account details. Do not share your password; if you notice unauthorised access, let us know.
- Your company is responsible for the users you invite to your workspace (office, quality, accounting, external workshop) using the service in accordance with these terms.
- A user with the Admin role can remove members and change settings such as roles and price visibility.
4. Your data
All data you enter in the application (orders, customers, files, prices, etc.) belongs to you. You grant us only the permission to store, process and display it as needed to provide the service. You can export your data as Excel and have your account deleted at any time. You are responsible for the content of the tracking links you share with your customers and for whom they are sent to.
5. Acceptable use
It is prohibited to use the service for unlawful purposes, to attempt to access other companies’ data, to circumvent security measures, to create excessive load by automated means, to upload malicious software or to resell the service. In the event of a breach, we may suspend or close the account.
File and photo storage offered as “unlimited” is subject to a fair use principle: it is intended for ordinary documents and photos relating to orders. If usage is high enough to affect the operation of the service, we will contact you and look for a solution together. A single file may be no larger than 50 MB.
6. Fees and payment
The Starter plan is free. The Workshop and Factory plans, the Finance module, additional users and extra fabric try-on image packs are paid. Current prices and plan limits are on the Pricing page; prices are in euros and exclude VAT.
New companies can try the Workshop plan and the Finance module free for 15 days; no credit card is required. If no plan is chosen when the trial ends, the account moves to the Starter plan; your data is not deleted, only paid features are locked.
Subscriptions are paid in advance at the start of each monthly or yearly period and renew automatically each period until cancelled. Payment and invoicing are handled by Stripe; you manage your invoices and card details under Settings → Plan.
You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time; the difference is prorated on your next invoice. If you cancel your subscription, the cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for; paid features remain available until then, after which the account moves to the Starter plan. Purchased extra fabric try-on images do not expire.
We will announce price changes by e-mail at least 30 days in advance; the new price applies from the next billing period.
7. Availability and liability
We make every effort to provide the service without interruption or errors, but we cannot guarantee this. There may be short interruptions due to maintenance and updates. The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect losses (loss of profit, loss of business, loss of data). Your production decisions and your commitments to your customers are your own; Üretimo is only a tracking tool.
8. Termination
You can close your account at any time; simply write to info@uretimo.com. We may also close an account in the event of a serious breach of these terms, or if we need to discontinue the service, giving as much advance notice as possible. Before an account is closed, we give you time to export your data. To end a paid subscription, first cancel it under Settings → Plan; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. In the event of a dispute, the parties will first try to resolve it through mutual discussion; if it cannot be resolved, the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction.
